I am local insurance agent and we recommend Traynor to all of our clients looking for a referral. In my 10 years I've never gotten any negative feedback regarding their work. In fact, as of 2 hours ago, I had an accident, and I will be bringing my car there first thing in the morning. Traynor is hands down, the best.

To whom it may concern:
It is with sincerest & utmost pleasure I write this letter recognizing the outstanding work done on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Literally moments after hanging up with USAA, Traynor Collision was on the phone scheduling a time & date for me to drop off my car.
The employees of Traynor Collision, especially Joe & Rich, made this exceptionally aggravating ordeal a simple one. Their professional & courteous attitude, expert knowledge, & patience in handling my specific issues were essential to my complete customer satisfaction.
In the past, I felt that other body shops were not sensitive to my needs, nor provided the quickest & most convenient solution to my specific problems. This is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of their assistance & support.
My insurance company should be confident & pleased, because in Traynor Collision, USAA is dealing with a company which exemplifies the core values in which they stand for. If for any reason I need service to my car in the future I will be returning to Traynor without delay, because I know all my needs will be resolved promptly & properly.

Excellent experience all the way. Could not be more satisfied, from the girl that picked up phone to the guy that washed my car before giving it back to me. So glad someone recommended this bodyshop to me.
